Form workspace
FormFlow is a form studio that runs entirely in your browser. Build accessible forms, route people through relevant questions with real branching logic, and turn responses into measured, exportable work.
How it works
Add blocks, pick a theme, set access. A question-quality check flags vague wording before anyone sees the form - because a form is a decision you ask someone to make.
Branching rules send each person to the questions that apply to them. The logic map renders the actual rules, so you can read the whole flow before publishing.
Completion funnel, per-question drop-off, and a response inbox. Sample rows are labeled and hideable; exports contain real responses only.
Form builder
One place for drafts, live forms, and results. Add question blocks, set the theme, and decide who the form is for - with accessibility treated as part of completion, not an afterthought.
Question types compose into drafts you can preview before anything goes live.
Appearance and audience are settings on the form, visible before publishing.
Pre-publish checks catch the problems that cost responses: unclear questions, broken routes, missing labels.
Branching logic
The logic map renders the real branching rules - not a simplified diagram. What you see is what the form does.
People answer only what applies to them. Shorter paths finish more often, and the funnel shows it.
Workflow checks
Attach URL parameters before sharing so responses arrive already attributed to where the link traveled.
Decide what happens after someone completes the form - the follow-up is part of the workflow, not an afterthought.
Results
A completion funnel with measured per-question drop-off, an attention-needed view for responses that require action, and an inbox where sample rows are labeled and hideable - and never included in exports.
Measured per-question drop-off shows which question costs you completions.
Demo rows carry a visible sample badge and can be hidden. Exports contain real responses only.
Responses that need a decision surface in one view, so answers turn into work.
Question quality
Write one decision at a time. The guide view coaches question quality and treats accessibility as part of completion: a form people cannot use is a form that does not finish.
Compound questions get flagged. Each block asks for exactly one thing.
Labels, contrast, and keyboard paths are completion features - checkable before publish.
The guide states what the studio cannot do, in the product, where you will see it.
Private by default
FormFlow has no server, no account system, and no analytics. Drafts, live forms, and responses live in local storage and export cleanly. Delete the workspace and it is gone - because it was only ever yours.
